As the Managing Member of The Bachmann Advisory Group, LLC, George brings 40 years of commercial and investment banking knowledge to his client. His experience dealing with privately held companies with revenues of 5 million to 150 million and providing them with services such as business valuation, merger & acquisition strategies, buy side and sell side representation, exit & succession planning, and debt & equity placement is perfectly suited to helping clients meet the demanding needs of the business world.
Since 1981, he has successfully executed nearly one billion dollars in transaction value including troubled debt restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, high growth financings, fixed asset acquisitions and management buyouts. Our firm specializes in assimilating sophisticated business models and financing requirements quickly and works consultatively to bring multiple parties together for successful outcomes on complex transactions.

George earned his BBA in Finance and Economics from University of Southern Mississippi and has attended several professional banking and private industry schools, is a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor and a Certified Business Exit Consultant (CEBC). He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and Leadership Committee of the ACG Triad Network, the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA), International Exit Planning Association (IEPA) and the University of Southern Mississippi Alumni Association and an Advisory Board Member of the UMA Geotechnical Construction Company. He serves the community volunteering with Samaritans Purse Disaster Relief Ministry. George is a member of the Coastal Conservation Association, Northern Shores Estates HOA Board, Bible Study Fellowship International and Westover Church. George enjoys spending time with family, hunting, saltwater fishing, gardening and gourmet cooking.
